Anyone wishing to use the library must go through our registration process. To begin the process, create a personal account in our online registration and request system, Portal1791. All first-time library visitors must also sit for a photograph (for internal use only) and present a valid, government-issued photo ID, like a driver's license or passport. Once registration is complete, first-time visitors receive a short orientation from a member of the library staff.
